At Iron Threads, we stand by the quality and performance of our gear. If something’s not right with your order, we’re here to help.
Can I Return My Order?
As a growing brand with made-to-order and supplier-shipped items, we currently accept returns only for the following cases:
✅ Damaged or defective items
✅ Wrong item received
✅ Size or color different from what was ordered
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or delayed delivery due to customs or courier delays at this time.
What If My Item Is Damaged or Incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at support@ironthreads.com within 7 days of delivery with:

A clear photo of the item

Your order number

A brief description of the issue
If approved, we’ll either:

Resend the correct item at no extra cost, or

Issue a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

You'll be notified via email once the refund is issued.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Items returned without contacting us first

Clearance or promotional items

Items worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges due to fulfillment limitations. If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order once your refund (if applicable) is processed.
